PROCESSING OF ORDERS: We shall endeavour to process all Orders as quickly as reasonable and cannot be held liable for any delay which is beyond our control. We also reserve the right not to Process any Order/Transaction which we believe would be inappropropriate to do so. CARD PAYMENT: We accept most UK recognised Cards, except American Express. Purchasing by Card in our Shop requires a valid Pin number. CHEQUES: We do not accept Cheques for Internet Purchases. CASH: We cannot process Cash transactions greater than £10,000 per Transaction due to anti Money Laundering regulation. EXPORT: We do not Export, we currently only sell to UK Customers. DELIVERIES: There are certain Items that we do not send through the Post or by Private Carrier: Oils, Dairy Chemicals, items longer than 1m, Fuel powered Machines. However, we can deliver these to Surrey and Sussex locations by our own Transport, or you can collect themselves. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER VIA OUR WEBSITE: a. Select the Product item you desire by clicking on that Item. b. Enter the Quantity you wish then click onto the ADD button. c. The next page “YOUR BASKET” will then be shown the current status of your Order so far. d.You can amend the Quantity of items, even effectively deleting the item by entering “0”, then by pressing the CHANGE button. e. You can either proceed to the next step by clicking on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button, or you can return to the Product list and select the next Item you desire and repeat the above steps “(a) to (d)” until you have selected all the items you desire. f.The next page “CHECKOUT” will give you the opportunity to select whether you wish to Collect your Goods from the Company directly or have them sent; Remember, some items cannot be posted: select the options you prefer by clicking on the appropriate buttons. g. Type in the Address of where the Goods are to be sent and your Contact details; note that the highlighted sections require an answer: Please check your Entries. h. You are give the opportunity to choose whether or not you wish to be included in any Email list the Company may use to send out appropriate information to you. This Information is not given to any other Party, and if you wish to be removed from the List at a later date please notify the Company by Email. i. If you wish to proceed click on the CONTINUE button. j. The next Page “YOUR ORDER” will show the current status of your Order so far. k. If you wish to proceed click on the MAKE PAYMENT button. l. On the next Page “PAYMENT” Enter your Card details as appropriate; note that the highlighted sections require an answer: Please check your Entries.m. PLEASE NOTE: At this stage you can nullify your order by using the BACK button until you return to the “YOUR BASKET” page and entering “0” for the quantities of each Item as per Step (d) instructs. n. If you wish to proceed click on the COMPLETE PURCHASE button; by doing this you have “made an Offer to buy the Goods from the Company, please see Section 2 of our Terms & Conditions about Making a Contract with us. o.
